Requirements

• Proven experience as a software engineer in fast-paced, results-oriented environments
• Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and QA
• Track record of delivering high-quality, maintainable code on time and within budget
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and JavaScript (Node.js, Vue.js, jQuery)
• Experience with Elixir and Phoenix for backend development
• Hands-on knowledge of relational and in-memory databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
• Practical experience with cloud platforms such as AWS (EC2, Elastic Beanstalk, ElastiCache, RDS) and Google Cloud (EKS, BigQuery, Dataflow, Cloud Functions)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and take full ownership of tasks
• Passion for technology and eagerness to continuously learn and adopt new tools
• Strong problem-solving skills and architectural thinking with a focus on scalability and performance
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues and go the extra mile

• Contribution to cutting-edge greenfield projects that push the boundaries of advertising technology
• Development of scalable back-end and front-end code using Ruby/Rails, Java, JavaScript, Elixir/Phoenix
• Experimentation with emerging technologies to identify the optimal tools for each task
• Maintenance of exceptional code quality through thorough code reviews and comprehensive automated tests
• Utilization of agile methodologies to manage multiple weekly releases
• Participation in and enhancement of DevOps processes for revenue-critical applications
